These terms apply to the OLEDSnap app and the oledsnap.com website, provided by Pollard Labs LLC ("we"). By using OLEDSnap you agree to them.

Free trial

You can use every feature of OLEDSnap free for 14 days. After that, a license is needed to keep using its window management and protection features.

Your license

• A license lets you use OLEDSnap on up to 3 Macs that you own or control.
• It's for you; please don't share or resell your license key.
• Your license includes free updates for version 1. Future major versions may be offered as paid upgrades.
• You can move your license to another Mac by deactivating it in Settings ▸ License.

Purchases

OLEDSnap is sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our reseller and merchant of record and handles payment, invoices and sales tax under its own terms. Refunds follow our refund policy.

What OLEDSnap does and doesn't promise

OLEDSnap reduces how long static window edges stay on the same pixels and can dim your screen when you're idle. It cannot guarantee that a display will not develop burn-in or image retention, which depend on the display, its settings and how it's used. OLEDSnap is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any damage to displays or other hardware. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your license.

Acceptable use

Please don't reverse engineer, crack or redistribute OLEDSnap or its license system, or use the website in ways that disrupt it.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
